Premium Linen

The linen cloth we used are imported from Italy, Ireland and Japan. Its premium and fine characteristic ensure our product to be light, comfortable to wear and airy.

Indigo Dye

Indigo dye is an organic compound with a distinctive blue color. Historically, indigo was a natural dye extracted from plants, and this process was important economically because blue dyes were once rare.

Indigo was used in India, which was also the earliest major center for its production and processing. Indigo, used as a dye, made its way to the Greeks and the Romans, where it was valued as a luxury product.

Indigo is among the oldest dyes to be used for textile dyeing and printing. Many Asian countries, such as India, China, Japan, and Southeast Asian nations have used indigo as a dye (particularly silk dye) for centuries.

Hand Block Print

A skilled block-maker creates the design by hand into hard teak wood, which is then dipped into a tray consisting of vegetable or chemical dyes applied with skilled precision onto yards of stretched fabric.

A separate block is made for each colour in the design, and some fabrics may have up to 500 block repeats in one meter of fabric.

A contrast to the monotony of machine printed textile, hand-block printed fabric possesses a characteristic unevenness that makes each piece unique and unidentical.
